How long does my order take to ship?

Unless otherwise stated, your item will be shipped out to you within 3 working days and should be with you by 5 working days. When our items are made to order, it may take a little longer.

For larger, wholesale orders, we’ll give you a full breakdown of lead-times to ensure accuracy and to avoid any disappointment.

What is your return policy? 

We have a standard returns policy for items purchased and then returned within 14 days. HOWEVER, this DOES NOT apply to customised goods which cannot be returned unless faulty.

Since a lot of our items are made using organic matter, they can very occasionally be prone to naturally warping. For this reason, we do offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all of our items. If your Faerthing item does ever warp into an unusable state, we will replace it free of charge.
