ABOUT US
WE ARE TWO OLD FRIENDS WHO LOVE CREATING THINGS. PARTICULARLY WOODEN LEATHERY TRADITIONAL THINGS… WE ARE BOTH OF THE AGREEMENT THAT TOO MUCH IN OUR LIVES TODAY IS MANUFACTURED CHEAPLY, QUICKLY, POORLY, & WITH LITTLE REGARD FOR THE WORLD AROUND US. WE WOULD LIKE TO CREATE SOMETHING COMPLETELY CONTRARY TO THAT. MAKING BEAUTIFUL OBJECTS THAT TAKE INTENTION & TIME. INDEED ALOT OF TIME. BUT ARE OF WORTH, PERHAPS EVEN TIMELESS. UNIQUE & BESPOKE ITEMS THAT CELEBRATE & PAY HOMAGE TO OUR NATURAL WORLD, PRIORITISE SUSTAINABILITY & MINIMISE WASTE. SHOULD OUR WORK APPEAL TO YOU, PLEASE DO GET IN TOUCH, WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU, FOLLOW US ON SOCIALS, AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS & FAMILY.
THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO SEE WHAT WE DO.
DOM- CO-FOUNDER (L)
I’ve loved working with my hands for as long as I can remember. Over the years I’ve built tables, desks, coffee tables, bedside sets, coasters—you name it—slowly honing my craft through woodwork. In 2023, I returned to college at Capel Manor in North London to study shoemaking, where I completed five pairs from start to finish. That year taught me an incredible amount about leather, pattern cutting, stitching, binding, and what it really takes to finish an item to a high standard.
Afterwards, I began one-to-one tutoring with renowned glove maker Riina Oun in London. She sharpened my eye for precision and detail and passed on countless techniques essential to creating high-quality leather goods.
As a result, many of these skills—developed across different disciplines—are woven throughout the products we create today.

STEFAN- CO-FOUNDER (R)
Growing up I was always drawn to the more creative side of life. Drawing & painting, typography & colours, art & graphics. This coupled with a love for being outdoors, nature & all things wood, when Dom approached me with this idea it was perfect.
I’m at my happiest when working with my hands and it gives me great fulfilment to produce something worthwhile, functional & good looking. Particularly in a world that seems to be becoming ever more digital and impersonal, I believe there is real value in staying connected to traditional craftsmanship and making things with care… And no AI in sight!
Thank you again, we so hope you like what we are doing.
Stefan.
KAZ- LEATHER SPECIALIST
Traditionally, saddlery is a five-year apprentice trade. I was incredibly fortunate to be accepted onto a government Training Opportunities Scheme (TOPS) back in 1978. I attended The Cordwainers Technical College full-time for 52 weeks, and it was there that I learned most of the skills I still rely on today.
Since then, I’ve made, repaired, restored, and rebuilt countless pieces of saddlery. Interestingly, saddlers aren’t limited to “horsey” items—I’ve also been commissioned to create bonnet-restraining straps for vintage cars, re-stitch upholstery, and repair an endless variety of bags, belts, and other leather goods.
Saddlery is an age-old craft with remarkably broad applications. Handmade leather items, crafted from traditionally cured, vegetable-tanned leather, remain highly sought after by discerning customers who value unmatched quality and a truly unique product—each one hand-stitched with pride.
